Each month Steve Shaw from Massive Iron will release a new workout. Each new system will feature (when possible and viable) a wide variety of options including:

- Body Part Split variation
These training programs are not the same old boring workout routines. You will discover new ways to powerbuild.
Over the years Steve Shaw has put together a myriad of popular and diverse training systems, from Power, Muscle, Block to the Next Level 5x5 Bench program.
Workouts will be released the FIRST SUNDAY of each month starting July 5th, 2020. You will be emailed a PDF copy of each workout system.

Will the programs be client based, based on equipment we have access to, or does everyone get the sane program??
They will be based on a reasonable access to a normal amount of gym equipment.
Hi...are these programs geared to power lifting...or muscle building towards a aesthetic physic or mainly power lifting to strength and power? 2and question...I currently subscribe to Athlean X programs...how are your different, or better? Thank you in advance for your time and reply... Alex
They are straight powerbuilding, for both mass and strength.
