  • Is the minimal training good for someone with a 85lb weight powerblocks, adj bench, pull up and dip bar? if not what would you recommend. Thank you Sir

    You can get a lot done with that. You might need to make a few exercise adjustments.

  • Are the splits 2x frequency?

    Not all, but some can be run as frequency.

  • How are the workouts set up? Like body part Split especially for 4 days

    No body part splits. More AB style training.
