  • Daily communication through a private coaching app. Weekend check-in at least one day each weekend. 
  • Daily form checks - up to two videos per day.

  • Hie. If I'm in the need for a cut/weight loss period first, do you also coach that? When it says monitoring calorie intake does that mean meal plans or more like me reporting what I eat so we can do adjustments together. I'm in a position where I want to optimisme my training but also get control of my calories to change body composition. Thank you in advance.
