ALL COACHING SERVICES INCLUDE:

  • Introductory 30-minute phone consult to determine your goals and to comb through how coaching works. International calls will be handled through Whatsapp.
  • A custom workout plan and unlimited workout redesigns and changes, as needed.
  • Monitoring of calorie intake and weight to make sure body composition goals are reached.
  • Daily communication through a private coaching app. Weekend check-in at least one day each weekend. 
  • Daily form checks - up to two videos per day.
  • Accountability - I will do everything within my power to help you remain consistent and on track.
  • No cookie-cutter plans! Everything is completely set up for your unique goals.
  • Work with Steve Shaw - There are no employees or assistant trainers. All coaching is 100% with Massive Iron's Steve Shaw.

Please note this is a 3-month minimum commitment. No REFUNDS.

Also note that you are signing up for three months of coaching. If a client discontinues communication during that time Super Living LLC and Massive Iron LLC may and can collect the remaining balance owed on the 3-month bill at their discretion.

Most clients choose to stay on between 6 months and 2 years. After three months of coaching is up, if the client wants to cancel it is their responsibly to log into their account and cancel services.

  • I have a powerlifting meet in August first one how would your coaching help thanks

    Once you sign up we set up a time to talk and formulate a game plan. I'll check in Monday through Friday and as we grow closer to meet time I'll help you with everything from peaking to setting your lifts.

  • Hey Steve! Quick question regarding calorie intake monitoring. For your clients do you recommend macros on an individual basis? Looking forward to getting started, just curious of this.

    Everything is tailored to their goals. Our major goal is to set up a calorie target. From there we look to set a reasonable protein target. I won't tell you to specifically hit certain macros but we will discuss and monitor targets.

  • Hey Steve you coached me for a bit in the middle of 2021. I've been on my own for the past year with significantly negative results. Put on about 15-20 lbs of fat and zero consistency in the weight room. I have the majority of the knowledge I need on nutrition and on exercise--I just can't seem to put it together consistently. I've got a 30 year reunion with my USMC buddies next September in Las Vegas and I need to get ripped. Can you help out?
