In writing this program, my goal was to bring three of my greatest loves together:
- Massive Iron Style Powerbuilding
- Strongman Training
- Conjugate/Concurrent Training
This program itself isn’t meant to be a peaking program to get you ready for a show, but is a great way to get used to training like a strongman in a commercial gym setting while also adding muscle to your back, legs, and delts in particular.
The training split on this program is one that might look a little alien at first, but will make sense as you progress from week to week, it is as follows:
- Main Deadlift + Accessories
- Strict Press + Accessories
- Squat and Press
- Full Body Accessory
