Introducing Massive HLM Every Day, a program designed for lifters that want to lift more frequently, but prefer to have shorter workout times each day.
By focusing on two sets per exercise, you will be able to hit nine total sets on average per week for every major body part. You can then adjust sets up slightly on any given exercise if you want more weekly volume.
What is an HLM? Simply stated, it's a rotation between heavy, light, and moderate exercises. At the end of the day you get to determine what are your big beefy exercises, what are the middle ground exercises, and what are the slightly lighter or less impactful exercises.
I have included a sample workout at the end. Feel free to modify it as needed based on the template that follows.
