Do you see any issues with adding the additional "Junk" day to the templates with the 25/35/50 rep goals or would that be too much given that those workouts already have a fair amount of volume to them?
There's no problem adding a junk day as long as you rest the day afterwards, or so that none of the exercises on the junk day cause interference with the regular program
