This challenge is designed to help you regain control of your diet and your health. Considering a way to relearn balanced eating.
Here’s how it works.
PART 1 - Limit JUNK eating to 2,000 calories per month.
Each month (or 30-day window) you get to allocate 2,000 calories on junk food and drink.
PART 2 - One fast food meal per month, limit 1,500 calories
Each month you get to eat one fast food meal per month. That’s it!
This meal can be anything, but must not exceed 1,500 total calories.
The challenge: 3,500 total “junk” calories
