Massive Creatine+ doesn't attempt to improve creatine. We’re taken the king of lifting supplements and added 3 ingredients that support and enhance one of the main mechanisms by which creatine boosts performance -- ATP generation.

Massive Creatine + is:

  • Creatine Monohydrate (5,000 mgs)
  • D-Ribose (10,000 mgs)
  • elevATP® (150mg)
  • Senactiv® (50mg)

Creatine is arguably the most popular and effective supplement in the history of sports nutrition. It’s been used for decades by athletes of all types and has been shown countless times in research to not only be effective for improving athletic performance and lean mass gains but safe for individuals across a wide range of ages.*

Over the years, there have been attempts to “engineer a better mousetrap” and improve creatine. This has led to various “designer” creatine forms like creatine ethyl ester, magnesium creatine chelate, buffered creatine, and so on.*

But, each and every one has failed to dethrone creatine monohydrate as the “king” of creatine.*

Simply put, creatine monohydrate is effective, affordable, highly bioavailable, and safe.*

It doesn’t need to be improved flat out works and will help improve performance and muscle growth (if you put in the work, that is).*

In designing Massive Creatine+, we’re aren’t attempting to improve creatine. We’re taken the king of bodybuilding supplements and added other ingredients that support and enhance one of the main mechanisms by which creatine boosts performance -- ATP generation.

As you know, ATP is the cellular currency of energy production in the body, and your ability to perform at a high level is directly tied to your ability to generate ATP rapidly during training or competition.*

Massive Creatine+ utilizes a creatine monohydrate base and adds to it supplements that support ATP production through a variety of pathways, helping you to train hard, last longer, and make more gains!

D-Ribose (10,000mg)

D-Ribose is a unique pentose (5-carbon) carbohydrate that is naturally occurring in the body and serves as an important structural component of ATP.*

In addition to aiding the body’s natural energy production, D-Ribose also may help tired muscles regenerate lost energy and reduce muscle soreness.*

Research has shown that supplementation with 10 grams of D-ribose per day compared to a placebo (dextrose) enhanced power output and lowered perceived exertion during exercise.[1]

Creatine Monohydrate (5,000mg)

You know it, you love it.

Creatine is the king of bodybuilding supplements. It enhances phosphocreatine stores in skeletal muscle tissue, allowing you to produce more ATP so that you can increase your workout intensity -- bang out more reps across more sets for more gains over the length of your training career.

Creatine also acts as an osmolyte, which encourages muscle cells to absorb extra water. This increases muscle volume and fullness (water-fueled pumps) as well as helps delay the onset of fatigue.

elevATP® (150mg)

elevATP® is a combination of polyphenols derived from ancient peat and apple extracts that have been shown in several human studies to[2,3,4]:

  • Increased levels of endogenous ATP in the body
  • Improve power output and performance in resistance-trained athletes
  • Support gains in lean muscle and strength
  • Aid body composition

Additional studies indicate elevATP supplementation may also help reduce performance decrements associated with overreaching.[5]

Senactiv® (50mg)

Senactiv® is a blend of Panax notoginseng and Rosa roxburghii, developed by NuLiv Science, that increases the production of citrate synthase (up to 47%!).[6] Citrate synthase is an important enzyme in the ATP production process.*

Research also indicates that Senactiv may help remove old unfit cells and replenish them with new healthy muscle cells. And, it may even aid recovery as studies note that Senactiv speeds glycogen recovery rate of exercised muscle tissues as well as reduces levels of IL-6, an inflammation biomarker.*[6,7]
